EAD Renewal in boston office, Approval DeHilaying

Hi Experts,

My EAD is getting expired in Nov 25. My receipt date is Oct first 2001. In a dilemma to renew EAD.

1. I got my EAD at my local office in nov 25 2001. Can I renew my EAD in boston local office?

2. Once approval comes and it is stamped on passport, don't need EAD or need actual plastic card?

Plealse pour your experience and suggestions

Boston office renews EAD on the same day

You can go to the boston office and renew your EAD on the same day. That should not be a problem.

What is your RD, ND etc.

Secondly, once you have your pp stamped you dont need the EAD any more, you are free to as you like. Travel out of the country with just the stamped passport.:cool:
 
1. If you come under the jurisdiction of Boston office (states of NH, MA, CT, RI not sure about the last two), you should be able to renew at Boston office.

2. Once ur passport is stameped, you don't have to worry abt. anything.
