ead renewal got denied what can I do

here I go again

I have a pending appeal BIA my EAD expires in December and I applied for renewal in August , I got the intent to deny message

what else can i do I keep having to do this every year I am supposed to start a new job in NOv

any ideas
 
they are saying I applied for asylum on the 6 of 2006 when I went before the Judge but I had applied in 2004 the clock is stopped at 91 days
but I have been issued 2 EADs so what can I do

I'm still waiting for a decision on my case.

I'll have to admit that I'm pretty surprised with the manner that USCIS is handling the cases. Over the past three months, NSC's Processing date hasn't changed at all and Accoring to USCIS, they are processing the cases that they received around April 19,2007 as of August 31. Meanwhile, TSC is currently handling the cases dated December 11,2007.

Also, like I've already mentioned before, one of my dad's compatriot who filed for his family's family petition already got approved ( he filed for his family 15 days after my father filed for mine and my mother and brother living back home ).

I'm graduating this year and I've more confused and impatient than ever.
