EAD (Renewal) E-filing applicant out of USA

Can we DO e-file EAD Renewal for spouse when she will be out of USA.
Photos are taken before she leaves.

That is interesting question.

I belive you can file, and you can send supporting documents if Signature is not required, only thing is she would need to go ASC for photo+FP.
