I am trying to renew my EAD thru E filing, I have a quation regarding this.
In Manner of Last entry to US : I put "H1B" ( i was on h1 at that time)
what should i enter in current "Immigration status". I am working
on EAD and i have swithched employer with my EAD. so i am not on H1 anymore. It does not give any option for "adjustment of status"
are any of you in same situation and did e-filing? Please let
me what to enter in that column
I tried to call 800 # and i was transferred to Immigration officer. She said she dont have any access to this form.
She ask me to skip this question try continuing.
Actually, that was not marked as "required". so i can skip and
enter "Adjustment of status" in the text box provided for
explaining the eligibility status.
Please let me know.
