EAD Renewal during I-485 Stage - Nebraska Service Center

Hello,

   We (my wife and I) applied for EAD Renewal in the last week of July, 2001. My I-765 renewal details are as follows RD
   07/23/2001, ND 08/09/2001. My EAD card expires on October 24, 2001. According to AVM, it will take 85 to 90 days
   for this case to be processed. Is it ok to work with I-765 Renewal Notice, if my GC is not processed and my EAD card
   expires on October 24, 2001.

   My green card details are as follows RD 08/16/2001; ND 09/14/2001, LIN # 00-258, INDIA (EB-2), PD 06/12/1999.

   Any help is appreciated. Thanks a lot

try local off for EAD renewal

Try ur local INS off to renew ur EAD ... there u might get it renewed almost instantly the same day !! Never apply to NSC for EAD renewal-they take ages to do that!!
 
Tried Local INS office (newark) too!

They asked us to wait for 90 day period. My 90 day period ends on November 09, 2001. My H1-B expired too.
