EAD Renewal at local INS(Philadelphia) - Passed 90 days

Hi,

Our file got transfered to PHILADELPHIA local INS office on the 10th Jan'03. I have applied for my EAD renewal on the 3rd Mar'03. It's going to be 3 months tomorrow(90 days are already over). I didn't get any notice/letter from them. What should I do.

Will I be able to get my EAD if I go there and ask them. If so, When should I go. My Current EAD expires on the 10th June'03. I have only few more days. Please reply if you have any such experience.

After 90 days??

Hi Jaxen,

I have already read this. Anyway, thanks for the info. It doesn't say anything about What should we do after 90 days, if we don't get any notice from the local INS.

Mine is just a renewal. I don't know what to do.

Have anyone had such experience..Please post a reply.
