Guys, Just found out this morning my EAD renewal I sent to TSC February 20, 2003 just got approved April 19, 2003. Whao thats fast for TSC. The month by month processing times for TSC, I dont think they follow that. For I-485, I think they are way ahead of 2001, thats my two cents.

EAD Renewal Approved!!!

Jadi: did you apply for EAD the first time or is it the second or third time. My guess is that if it is 2nd or 3rd time then BCIS is processing EAD’s quicker and for the first time application it is taking time which is what is reflected in the dates. Since we have not seen a steady stream (except a few random people who got approved) of I-485 approvals I am not sure if we can safely assume that BCIS is working on 2001 I-485 cases.

where to send I-765
Hi:
could you please help me with these questions?
1.- is it ok other services than postal services (i.e fed-ex) to send your forms I-765.
2.- can I use the same po box as if I am sending through postal services??
3.- can I send only one packet including me and my wife forms.
