EAD Renewal approved in little over a month

Filed by Paper at VSC. I had send almost everything so they won't have a reason for RFE :-)

Had sent the following for myself:
• Check in the amount of $175 for the filing fee;
• Form I-765 with two photographs;
• Copy of I-485 filing receipt notice;
• Copy of I-140 approval notice;
• Copy of front and back of I-94 arrival/departure card and latest H1B approval notice;
• Copy of front/back of last EAD and previous EAD mailer;
• Color Copy of driver’s license;
• Color copy of passport’s biographic page;
• Copy of Birth certificate.

And the following for spouse:
• Check in the amount of $175 for the filing fee;
• Form I-765 with two photographs;
• Copy of I-485 filing receipt notice;
• Copy of I-140 approval notice;
• Copy of front and back of I-94 arrival/departure card and latest H1B approval notice;
• Copy of front/back of last EAD and previous EAD mailer;
• Copy of Marriage certificate;
• Copy of Birth certificate;
• Color copy of driver’s license;
• Color copy of passport’s biographic page.

All in one envelope, but separate inside with separate cover letters.

The AP application is still pending though.

Hope it helps!

My I-94 and H1-B visa both are expired and I'm working on EAD now. While renewing an EAD, do I really need to send an expired I-94/H1-B?

I guess not since you have already switched over to EAD. Apply for EAD renewal at least 5-6 months in advance though.
