EAD renewal application doubt..Pls help

Hi

1)I went to india and came back in Jan 2008.
In Port of Entry I 94 number was given by replacing the old one..

2)My H1B extension got approved on Feb 2008.I got another I94 no with 797 notice..

In EAD renewal doc, which of the above I94 numbers I am supposed to give..
1 or 2

You don't have to provide I-94 numbers. If you are basing your EAD as a category (c)(9), then a- you don't need to provide a copy of I-94 and b- you can provide the A# on the application, not the I-94 number.
