Hello
I have L-1B visa and my wife has L2 visa , she has EAD which got expired on feb 12,2010. My L1 visa will expire in July 2010 and i have started the process of extending my L-1B visa for another TWO years . i have submitted the application of my wife for EAD renewal on Dec 10, 2009 and i received the letter from INS that they need more evidence which i have provided.
Can my wife continue with her job? As of today she doesn't have EAD but its in process
please give me some suggestion
