EAD renew -- what is NSC's mailing address (PO BOX etc)

I need to file EAD and AP renew in NSC very soon. Does anyone know what mailing address I should use? Any specific PO Box? Can I use one envelope for both EAD and AP or they should go to different address?

Do you know whether we can send our application by Fedex there(since it's a P.O.Box address)? Also, should I send my dependent's application in the same package as mine?
 
You don’t have to send by FedEx, priority mail is enough. Get delivery confirmation, which is good. Yes, you can send your dependent application in same Envelope. I recently apply for I-131 for my wife & me. NSC received in 2 days.

EAD and AP renewal:Do I need to notarize photographs

Does anyone who applied EAD and AP renewal know if there is a need to notarize the photographs or forms
