EAD renew help needed

Hi! Guys

I need to file the renew for my EAD which will expire on 11/28/02
I wander if i need send the copy of i-485 receipt along with the Form-765. Very appreciate for your help.

Current status: Waiting the AD
EAC-02-038-5xxxx.

Yes U need copy of I-485 Receipt.

and also EAD Copy(both sides) is required.
