I have been a silent reader for some days in this forum. This is a great site and everyone's opinion counts. I have some questions:
1) When is the best time starting jobhunting and applying for EAD card if my graduation date is Jan 2004?
2) My EB1 I140/I485 ND is 4/1/03. No news yet. I did a manual search for the first 100 I40s on the day. I found 3 of them got cleared and 13 receiving RFEs. I plan to apply for EAD which may push the officers to look into my case. Will it be working?
3) I plan to apply for EAD by myself. Eight photos was submitted when I apply for I140/I485. EAD application states "2 photos with a white background taken no earlier than 30 days before submission to the INS". Should I submit new photos? Should I send a checklist or cover letter when applying for EAD with I765 form?
