Signature cards

I got EAD RFE for signature cards. But response was quick and I got my EAD within a few weeks.

RFE Date : Nov. 29
RFE Replied : Dec. 14
EAD Approved : Dec. 31
 
Thanks for all your guys. Now the problem is that I was laid off on Feb. 1st, 2002 and I got an iEAD card in January, now I am using my iEAD card to work for another company. I jsut wonder if INS need REF for my sonposor company\'s employment letter and pay check stubs, how can I response?
 
Don\'t worry

I am in the same situation. When I heard that RFE was issued on my EAD case I was anxious. But my lawyer told me that EAD RFEs are only for things like signature cards, photos etc. The big ones like Emp. Verification, W2s, Paystubs, 1040s etc. are reserved for the I-485 case. Since you already have another job you should not worry.

BTW, it is RFE not REF :)
