EAD (RD:Oct 01)where should I file?- I tried VSC, NSC...they returned my applicatin

My GC is pendinf since OCT2001 - I used to file EAD @ VSC - and have been getting it since last 5yrs - this time VSC has retruned my app - saying I should file to Texas center - I sent my form to Texas - they returned it - Then I mailed to Chicago - form/chk all got returned - went to Newark NJ - they said they dont take it...pls help me what to do?

My EAD will expire in Dec07

Just E-file it. It is simple, you can print the receipts and also it'll instruct you on where to send supporting documents.

FP and PHOTO

Do we need BIO done for renewal now - I have been renewing my EAD since last 5 yrs - this year I got letter to go to local office and get FP/photo done.....any idea?
