Please help me by answering following questions.

1. I recently moved from the TSC area to Vermount. Need I apply for EAD to VSC or TSC? I have not yet filed AR11, the form for address change or AC21 documentation.

2. Must I change driving license too or can use Texas driving license that I have now.

Well

you have choice, as many ppl shared that when thay moved they filled their old Processing center than the Processing Center transferd the case and it realy took time....

Your choice?

since u haven't filled Ar-11 you can use TSc with old address (if you have not issue to getting ur mails).

once u have EAD u fille AR-11 (note by law: every alien is required to fille Ar-11 within 10 days of change of address)

so keep in mind.... its vilation if u are just doing to get ur EAD faster.

Second option: (safeside)

File AR-11 let TSC know about it. send ur EAD to ur Processing center Zone.

btw your 485 would be transfered too new center or triger local office routine interview as many shared once they moved their cased were transfered to either local office or new Processing center

in this you are not in risk about any address issue.....

You decide urslef.

Good LUck

Is your move permanent or temperory...
if you are still maintaining your old residence...then you don't need to file AR11
but if it is permanent...then I would suggest that you file AR11 and apply for your EAD to TSC...
You are supposed to apply where your I-485 is pending....untill you receive a written notification that your case has been transfered...keep applying to TSC...
I might be wrong....just my thought

harvy is right.

and law requires filing the AR-11 on time, can lead to big fine, jail time or ven deportation.

file EAd at TSC where ur i-485 is, VSC will either refuse to accept EAd application or send it to TSC or will request ur file all time consuming options.

AR-11 is filed with DHS.

u will need to call 1800 number to change address on all pending applications. have ur notices in hand.

also send a letter to TSC listing the case numbers, A# DOB and new/old address.

keep certified copies of all emails.
