I am on H1-B visa and i got my EAD. I have competed my 180 days since my Notice date.My spouse is on H1.B visa and she has the opputunity to go independent. I have couple of q?
1. Can she use her EAD and work independently
2. Can she set up her own company since we can write off many things for tax purposes.
