Hello,
My EAD was approved on 4/23/03. The RD is 10/8/02. My question is:
Will I received the approved notice first then I will receive the card?

I saw some EAD case the Ins said "Your Aprove notice will send you bla bla bla". But my case Ins said :"We will order a card and mail to you as soon as bla bla"

Why ins didn't say send approve notice to me? Can anyone explain to me?

Because they just ordered EAD card. It's very hard process to print a new EAD car. When it will be ready you will see next message.

This case has been approved. On Months, Day, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.
