EAD question

I'm currenty on F-1 status, recently married a US citizen. Since it seems it might take us a while to gather all the documents to apply for Adjustment of Status and EAD, and I would like to start working as soon as possible, I was wandering whether there are any legal implications if I get an EAD based on OPT, and then apply for AOS and EAD based on that.
If not, do I have to apply for the EAD based on the I-485 after having rec'd the EAD based on OPT.
Also, could someone advise me where to send all the documents (I-130, 485, 765) if sending them all together? The site states "place with jurisdiction over your place of residence" but does that mean the Texas Service Center, the distric office or the sub-office.
I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

Thanks and Rgds,
E.K.

First off U are in the wrong forum,I hope you posted the same Q in I130 or family based GC forums The following is based on my opinion.
You can apply for OPT and then switch to 485 based EAD after it is approved.
My guess is TSC, but many family based applications are accepted in localcenters too. You can always find out if you visit the local INS office...
