EAD Question?

Hi folks,

  These are the details..
  RD:16th jan \'02
  ND:17th jan\'02
  No EAD yet..
  I wanted to know whether i can get temp EAD from local INS office since it has been 70 days? or am i supposed to wait till 90 days?...please input...
 
Depends on where your local office is...

If your local office is a sub or district office (like the one in boston or cincinatti) then interim EAD requests might be honored. There are other district offices who do not entertain temp work permit apps before 90 days from RD of EAD. You will never know until you try.

I live in california,so thought of going to csc..do u know anyone who got Interim EAD from there?...
