EAD Question

Immigration Gurus Please help....

My EAD RD is oct 23, 2002 and ND Oct. 29, 2002 . When I filled the I765 form I filled Question # 16 as AOS Pending instead of C(9). I received my Receipt and just below Amount received there is a ine Class requested against that it shows A05. What it means? As on today my application is not apaproved.

from the information that you've given, I think your EAD is being considered under A05 category which is "asylee" ( seeking asylum) category...You might want to call an office at the service center and see if that can fixed...
 
Talked to IIO. She told that she will advise to change it as c(9).
