Do i need to renew EAD for my spouse who does not work or intend to work. Both of us are in Adjustment of status with December RD.

You dont need ro Renew your Spouses EAD if she is not working, and also if dosent intend to work until GC is approved.

First time I got EAD for my whole family, self, spouse and 2 kids as it was needed for obtaining SSN.

but at renewal I Renewed only mine.

EAD for children

Do they issue EAD for kids under 14? I also want to get EAD for my daughter, so that she can get SSN #.
 
Docs for AP Renewal

You will need to send

- Copy of 485 Receipt
- Form I-131 (AP)
- 2 Photos ADIT style
- Copy of Expiring Advance Parole Documents (I had sent that)
- Check for $ 120 (I am not sure check or or Bankers Check)
 
Renewal time

I sent my renewal form to VSC on Sep 05 & had a RD of Sep 11. AP was approved on Sep 25 & rcvd in mail on Sep 30
