I already had an EAD and I used five and half year of my H1 visa limit. My company
is not extending my H1 visa, instead of they are transfering me on EAD. What will
this effect me ? and what are advantage/dis-advantage it to me ?
Is it possible to do some part-time/freelance/independent-contracting work on EAD
besides working as a full time with a company on EAD ? If yes, than what is the
best possible method 1099/W2 (for part-time) ?
