EAD Question

Now that I am pretty sure that I won't be approved till October, I want to renew my EAD at the earliest as their rates are going to go up this month.

My EAD is valid till Dec'31, so how early can I apply?
When are the new rates comming into effect from?

Please answer this folks?

100-110 days before EAD expired

3 months or a little more before EAD expired. If after 90 days you do not get approval you can get an interim EAD card from local office.

THe fee increase will be effective on 7/31/07.

Where to file EAD and Advance Parole?

Hello,
I want to know where should I send my EAD and Advace Parole after my case was transfered from VSC to TSC. I will really appreciate it if any one can reply with details
 
I filed mine in TSC

I am in the same situation. Mine was expiring in 90 days and I sent the EAD renewal application to TSC. Mine is a VSC to TSC transfered case. I also attached my transfer notice with the application. I got a receipt notice in couple of days from TSC.

But yesterday I came to know that one of the guys in the forum sent his application to VSC even though his application was transfered to TSC and got it approved. So I am thinking of submitting a second application to VSC and I can't take a chance of loosing my job.
