EAD question

I applied my I-485 after my I-140 got approved. I got the receipt numbers for I-485/EAD/I-131. A friend of mine suggested that I can go for a walkin EAD since my I-140 is approved. Is this true? I live in Boston.

You Have To Apply For An Ead. If After 90 Days It Still Is Not Processed Then You Can Walk Into Local Office And Get An Interim Ead.
