EAD Question

Hi All,

My first EAD will expire on August 18, 2004. I have applied for 2nd EAD renewal. The receipt date is May 14,2004.

I have just received an offer and would like to start ASAP. In the mean time , if i do not get my 2nd EAD then I cannot even go and get interim EAD because 90 day period expires in Septemeber. ( I am calculating 90 working days from May 14,2004). what should i do. Please advise.

gcquest, the 90 day period is the calender days and not working days. You are good to go and apply iEAD in August.

yes, u r ok

u can go on 14 august and apply for Interim EAD. My ND is 7 April. They told me to come on 6 July 2004. (NY Federal Plaza).
