EAD Question

MY RD for EAD is March 10, 2004.....when should I expect the approval?

which month approvals are going on these days?

Can I still work if I don't have new EAD and previous EAD expires(which is on May 15th, 2004)

Please advice.

You cannot work without a valid EAD. I don't think you will be approved before May 15th 2004.

Go to the local INS office and get an interin EAD. I am not sure if you can do it, as your RD is not even 90 days old.

Hi Guys: I have two cases pending one with employment based other one with an amenesty case which has an ead for next 5 years( Approved for temporery Green card). But I also applied for my ead for emplyemnt base and getting renewed for last two years. I applied my 3rd ead on december based on my employemnt cat. but did not get it yet, my current emplyment. ead will expire next month. Now my question do I have to go for an intrem EAD if I do not get my employment base 3 EAD renewed before it expires? I am thinking not to go for an intrem EAD because I have an EAD for next 5 years and wait my employemnt. EAD to get approved. Any suggestions will be apprited.
