I have a valid H1B till 2006. I and my wife recently received our EAD's and I still wan to continue on my H1B. If my wife use her EAD, will my H1 is still valid.
You could still continue using your H1, using EAD is optional.
But do remember that if you use your AP (travel document) then your H1 will be invalidated.
I think your wife could use her EAD and you could still maintain your H1 status.
And what happens if my I140 or I485 gets cancelled. Please help me. Thanks.
What do you mean by this. If your employer had applied for GC and you still want to continue working on H1 , you could but if your wife is using EAD and your I140 is revoked then she cant work on EAD any more. She might have to get a H1 or file for a H4
