Hi
Did any one staying on EAD..
My h1 and I-94 both were going to expire on 31st. My self and my wife, we already have our EADs. As our h1 and I-94 expiring, do we need to take new I-94 and do we have to stamp our passport again. If I stay without h1 and I-94 is it legal, I don\'t know how it will work only with EAD.
Can any body please share their views...
Thank you.

No passport stamping reqd

You are in Adjustee Status which is a valid status by its own. And since you have your EAD you can continue to work using it. There is no need for any passport stamping. Your AP(Advance Parole) is your valid travel document. So as long as you have these with you... everything is legal.

Jethro Zeppelin is correct

you are already in adjustment of your status so that will replace your I-94 and you are legal to stay as long as your adjustment of your status is pending with INS , coming to working legally EAD will replace your H1B ..which allows you to work legally in USA even next time when you extend your EAD and by chance you are not granted EAD even then i think you can work legally 295 days by default , your company should Update INS records replacing your H1b to EAD its a very basic form of Covering letter that your attorney knows well ......
better talk to your attorney first before its too late ..Good Luck
