EAD query... need help

Hi,

My EAD is expiring on June 13th. The renewal that I filed for the 2nd EAD will not come in time :(.

My EAD renewal has been filed at VSC on April 22. I live in Pennsylvania, and I plan to move in with family in Florida by the end of this month (since current project is ending and to save on costs). My I140 is approved and 485 has been filed for more than a year.

1) Would the move affect the EAD renewal... since I will have to mail in the AR-11 as soon as I move... (Note: I had used my family's Florida address on my EAD renewal application.)


Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

----- if you wrote Florida address on form I-765 then EAD will come to that address.
Once you move do the below:
1 file form AR11 for address change
2 update NCSC on 18003755283, your new address, provide them your ,WAC,EAC or LIN # of I-485 and reciept # of any pending petitions with service center, provide the receipt#, your name, DOB, A#( A# is on I-485 filing reciept)
3 write letter to service center for address change on your I-485 or any pending petition with them provide your past and NEW address, attach I-485 receipt copy, write your name, DOB, A# on cover letter. Send the letter to your service center with certified return receipt and out side the envelope write in big bold letters ATTENTION: ADDRESS CHANGE

My company is very much into legal issues and may not keep me on the payroll if I dont have a valid renewed EAD in time... (I am very hopeful that I will land a job in a month or month and a half...)

Is it ok to still do all the steps you mentioned above... or will they send a query or something about employment because of the address change.

----- they dont send query about employment just becase you have changed address , once you join new employer and you want to use AC21 just update the USCIS service center with NEW employer future permanent job offer letter+your intent change letter and attach your I-485 filing reciept, your name, DOB, A# and address on cover letter
