EAD processing date changed on EAD

My Last four digits on EAC are 2097. My ND is also April 1, 2004. No updates on BCIS website. Is your EAC number near to that. I am in C9 category for EAD.

Anyway make copies of all the documents that you sent apart from the forms of 140 and 485. You may also be asked for photographs(not nessecarily). Try to respond as soon as you can - you may get approved too(that is another pattern for such RFEs with your background.). Don't read last line without word 'may'.

Keep posted for each step - it will make it easy to predict things.

what do u mean by "may get approved", 140 or EAD?

I don't mind the RFE as long as it is for good

I am a bit hopeful as two people from my company have got approved before me.

Mine is first time EAD renewal. I applied personally. Question 16 on the I-765 form asks under which category we are applying. Almost all H1's fall under this category.

"EAD Applicants Who Have Filed For Adjustment of Staus

Adjustment Applicant--(c)(9). File your EAD application
with a copy of the receipt notice or other evidence that your
Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence, is pending.
You may file Form I-765 together with your Form I-485."

I think my EAD is going to take another three weeks at the present rate.

Can my I140 get approved with this RFE on EAD? Please let me know. There was no date change for 140/485.

In theory - yes. In practice - never seen it.

I received the notice yday. They have asked for clear photocopies of the passport or driver license and photographs.

Yeah that is usual. They ask you for PP photocopies and pictures - perhaps you are close to approval.
