EAD Processing after RFE Response in VSC

Can anybody Place reply back with the timings after you get the RFE on EAD/AP, how much time should you expect to get AP/EAD Approved?

Same situation here...

I had an RFE for my I-765 (biographic pages from passport) and sent the response on Aug 26. I am also wondering what the processing times are.

MY EAD RD is 2/4/04
RFE 6/1/04
Replied 6/18/04
Still waiting!

However, my spouses EAD with the exact dates and RFE above was approved on 8/12/04.

P.S: My EAD LUD has changed a couple of times (latest was on Sep 1, after the RFE response). No additional information yet from them.

LUD: 8/27/04; 8/30/04; 9/1/04

My LUD also changed a couple of times 08/31/2004, 09/01/2004....but no status change yet. Didi you get any update? :mad:

LUD update and cards

I just got an email (about 15 mins) saying that the status notice has changed to
"We ordered you a new card..." It is a big relief. I called up a couple of times though (lawyer said not to push it).

I meant that I had called the INS a couple of times earlier in the week. I don't know whether that triggered some action.
 
Phone number I called

Called the national service center number and asked the dumb question (what is happenning to my case?), and the response was "you must wait for 60 days before calling".

Also, my wife's was approved earlier, so the lawyer said that both may have gone to the same officer...
 
On a related note, I had called USCIS a few weeks ago and initiated an enquiry on the status of my EAD app and just received an email notification stating that they "had responded to my request for more information on my case". What does that mean? Is that equivalent to an RFE being issued or just more likely that my name check or something like that still requires clearance. My wife's EAD and AP has been approved. :confused:
 
what address does RFE get mailed to?

my case status shows that a RFE was sent on Sep 2. Since it's almost 14 days, i am begining to wonder if it got lost in the mail. Does it get sent to the
home address, or the work address?

Usually, the RFE is sent to the Lawyer's office. If 14 days have passed, you can ask the INS to send another copy of the RFE.
