EAD - Please help

Hi gurus,

My L1 visa will expire Nov 21 this year. I am under AOS EB2 and have just received my first EAD valid till Aug next year.

What must I do now? My company is sponsoring my GC. Once my L1 visa expires, does that mean that I am automatically under EAD? Do I have to do anything? Do I have to leave the country and then return with showing my EAD and AP to the POE officer?

I cannot get my company attorney to respond and this is frustrating and I am anxious given my L1 expiry drawing so close.

U should be fine.
Contact u'r HR so that they make the necessary changes.
U have to make that change before working on EAD.
U need not go out of the country and return to change to EAD from L1
