EAD Please help!!!

same sx, ead expired 2/24, applied at TSC working at HY, INS at NY would not entertain request as they have no way of pullling up applications at TSC, asked to go back to local ins, flew back to local ins and talked to them personally
local ins unable to do anything till 90th day
AVM message EAD approved awaiting plastic

if your 90 days are up you can go to the local ins and get your card
whether you can continue to work depends on how your employer views it.
when I told the lady that it does not matter I have to continue working because of the nature of my work to test her she just smiled, you cannot get a categorical answer, regulation to quote
no employer will take a chance once they are aware about it.
