EAD pending and travel outside US using AP

Hi,

My wife's EAD application is pending now, and she is planning to travel outside US and return back using AP. Will there be any problem with her pending EAD application? (My wife does not have any non immigrant visas like H,L)

The reason I'm asking this question is, the EAD application form asks about I-94 details and that her current I-94 will be expired/invalid when she leaves the country.

Gurus, please provide your comments.

EAD has nothing to do with travelling at all. when she applied she report the I-94 in her hand in EAD application, after she return back she will have another I-94 (Parolle) with nothing to do with the current pending EAD.
keep copy of the current I94 for record.
