Hello, My EAD expires on may 31st and I just applied ( April 3oth) online for renewal at NSC. Do I have to get off the payroll if I dont have the approval by May 31st? Please provide your feedback. thanks

I can not understand it!! why you apply too late to renew your EAD. For sure you can not work without valid EAD in your hand and if you do, this will be a violation of immigration law.

MMED is right, judging from sites like trackitt.com, it is incredibly unlikely that you will get your new EAD in time. You will have to get off payroll, and I don't know what that will do to your insurance, etc..
