EAD - pay checks 2

Hi gurus,
Please help me.
I got my EAD one year ago and I-140 one month ago. I have a regular job (50K) with my current employer A. Can I do 2nd Job (60K) with employer B at the same time.

Note: I can do employer A work from home. is there any problem if i get two pay checks per month. Both are software jobs only.

With EAD you can do none/one/many jobs FT/PT in any field. But for GC you require only one job-per LC- other jobs, if any, do not matter.

remember if you are on H1 status and use EAd you will not be on H1 status you need AP approved in US for renentry to US. always apply EAD renewal and AP 6 months advance
