Hi,
It may take about 7- 10 business days and even before u get ur paper recipt, best thing is check if check to USCIS is encashed and you will have your Recipt number in the back to the check. The ETA for check clearence is 4 days approximately.
**** This is completly the scenario when we file thru mail and i have no idea about electronic filing.
