EAD - Paper filing or E-Filing?

My EAD expires on Jul 2004. What is the right time to apply for a renewal? And is Paper filing advised or is it better to apply online? Any help is deeply appreciated

Apply EAD renewal now. I prefer to send form I-765, Fees, photograph, copy of I-485 filing receipt Ant top mailer that got with earlier EAD by mail.
