EAD or H1b

I am now working on EAD since I used AP 3 months ago.I was told that I can be back to H1b again.I am wondering which way I prefer,keeping using EAD or Changing back to H1b?Any cents?

EAD, cannnot revert to H1 unless your withdraw GC application <eom>

You can do a H1 extension (of your previous H1)
You can do a H1 transfer to a new company

But INS might ask you to go out of US to get a I94 (because of out of h1 for more than 90 days) and that might put complications into your case.

You do not have to withdraw 485 or GC to go back to H1 while 485 is pending.
