EAD or 7th Year H1 Extension.

Hi,
My 6 year period for H1 is going to end on Jan 8, 2005. I have concurrently applied for I140/I485 with Texas Service Center on 10th October 2003. I am working for the same employer who is currently sponsoring my GC. Can somebody please answer the following questions.

1. Since my I140 is pending for more than 365 days, am I eligible for 7th year extension?
2. I travelled abroad during May this year and used AP while coming back to US. Can I go for 7th year H1 extension even after using AP?
3. My wife switched to EAD from H4 after getting a job. I hope she can continue to remain on EAD while I am in 7th year of H1, Right?

----Yes. But why don't you use your valid H1 visa for the reentry?

3. My wife switched to EAD from H4 after getting a job. I hope she can continue to remain on EAD while I am in 7th year of H1, Right?
---You are safe with 7th H1. If incase, your I-140 denied, then your wife will be out of status.

Did you do anything about the FP? My wife did her FP in Mar 04 but I haven't gotten mine yet.
Our RD for 140 & 485 : Nov 17, 2003
Not sure what to do to trigger the FP. Applied for 2nd EAD and AP. Gotten EAD 2 weeks ago.

I did Change of Address, but see no trigger on cases. This week I am going to file EAD2 for my wife.
