My EAD expires in jan, i want to efile for extension. i've read the sticky thread above. i need a small clarification. Its written that we need a copy of I485 petion. Unfortunately i missed those application copies.
I have the reciept notices of all the applications, mailers from INS, but not the applications i sent to the INS. would that be ok? or do i need to go to lawer for the filing?
