EAD online Application: Your application was not processed completely.

Hi all,
My wife applied her first EAD online and submitted all information as need. But she did not get a confirmation receipt, instead, the system gave the following info:
"Submit Application Status: Your application was not processed completely. To check the status of your application, please contact the National Customer Service Center at 800-375-5283 after 48 hours".
Is this normal?Do we need to re-apply or just wait to call after 48 hours? Thanks.

I have applied for 2 EAD online application last night and I got the similar message. Should I call INS ? Did you call INS ?

Here is what happend with me..
At the payment page I entered my credit card number two time and both the time it rejected the payment terms saying that there was problem with the error code. So third time, I used the electronic payment processing through bank. I am thinking that might be the reason for error.

Can there be any other thing that I should be concerned of. Please advise.

I did not call INS. I just re-applied today and it went through. I got a confirmation page with a case number. so I think we'd better apply at daytime. (Last time I also applied at night). Maybe the server is shutdown at night?kidding.

You may call them to find what's wrong with it. Today I checked my credit card and found it was charged twice (one for the incomplete application, and one for the successful application). I will call them next Monday to get refund. You may also check your credit card and see whether you have been charged or not.

Here is what happened.
I did not call them, instead of that I applied second time and this time during the day time. I used my credit card and again I got the same error. I then checked my bank account and saw that my account has been charged for the monday transaction. I called them and they have forwarded my request to the INS person who is incharge of the website.

The 1-800 rep said, that computer is somehow not accepting my application and he said he has no idea and he has forward my sitation to the person responsible for the website. They will call me monday or tuesday. So i will know then.

I am not happy about this i filing. what going on. ???
