EAD on H-4 Visa:

I was wondering if somebody is on H-4 visa and she wants to work on EAD then is it possible that she can hold H-4 Visa status back? Does it require to go to native country to be on H-4 Visa from EAD in case the I-140 application rejected?

I was wondering if somebody is on H-4 visa and she wants to work on EAD then is it possible that she can hold H-4 Visa status back
-- if primary H1 holder is on H1 and is maintaining H1 status and does not use EAD but H4 holder used EAD ( when granted by BCIS) if after using EAD the H4 holder exits US and enter on H4 ( if H4 valid visa stamped in passport) then she will get I-94 based on H4 visa and can be on H4 again.
Does it require to go to native country to be on H-4 Visa from EAD in case the I-140 application rejected?

--- You or your wife don’t have EAD approved or AP approved and your I-140 is not approved and your I-140 is based on Labor Substitution, wait for the I-140 approval don’t jump for EAD use by spouse prey that your I-140 should be approved
