EAD on AOS

Another question forum, for those knowledgeable on the AOS process.

I had my interview this week on my local USCIS office in regards to my DV case. My file looked fine and all paperwork was completed. The officer mentioned that they needed only to request a package from the Department of State and after that my GC should be mailed 2-3 months from this week. I submitted form I-765 as well back in January (with I-485). Would you still receive an EAD with your GC or just your GC?

you never got your EAD? if everything goes well, you'll get your GC in no time, and you'll not need your EAD.
