EAD not yet approved!

My I-765 has a receipt date of 4/19/2002 (notice date is 4/30/2002). As of today it has not been approved. Is it normal?

I applied for EAD more than seven months after I submitted I-485. Would it cause INS\'s suspicion that I am planning to change job? Do you think I am going to receive a RFE because of this?

It seems NSC is curently processing ND 4/10 and RD 4/27. Check Rupnet.com. I\'ve been following this for a while.
