I have filed EAD for me and my wife from VSC in June 2002. She got EAD in Sep 2002. I got a query that my photographs are not clear and I should resend them. I did and got a receipt that they received my photographs. Now I got a notice that my case is abandoned as I never sent a reply. On calling VSC, they said they got my photographs and kept them in my wifes file and closed the file. I should file a motion to reopen the file. FRUSTRATING....
Should I fill a new application ? As if I file a motion and they approve it...EAD will be valid till June 2003 only and I will have to file for an extension anyway.
Can I join other company as my I485 was filed in May 2002 ?
