EAD not approved after response to RFE

According to status RFE replied on : 8th July 2003
Obtained interim EAD: 23 July 2003 at San Jose
EAD expired: 30 Jul 2003

My wife's EAD (she did not get her interim EAD) approved on 25th July and received her card on 1st Aug. My case is still not approved. Does getting interim EAD hurt or affect approval of original EAD?. Any comments or suggestions?.

I don't think it hurts or affect approval of original EAD.
I think the only hurting part is standing in long queue for hours.
