I applied NIW last year in April. I got an EAD last year with expiration date in July20, 2004. I need the renewed EAD dated July 2004 valid for one year in April/May 2004. Whether this is possible? It is January 2004 and I want to file for renewal of EAD which takes 90 days. If I apply now for EAD whether my renewed EAD will have the begining date as July 21, 2004 or it would come with an earlier date of April 2004? Whether this EAD would be issued within the 3 months of filing it?
