Sorry if it is a repated question asked in this forum,

I'm now in EAD for past 180days, now i have a new job offer for 75k, but i am not sure now much salary , my present employer filed with DOL and the exact job desc they used.

1) is there a way to find our (without contact employer)

2) What is the difference is allowed in salary when job change?

is it 5%?

2. There have been many postings on this forum from folks who got approvals inspite of good difference in salary from Labour & current. Please ensure that the job description is the same in your new job.

Yeah i checked the site but they have only case approved in DOL upto 2001.

Mine is labor approved in after that date.

I am not sure the job description that my company used while filing. how do i get it? ( i dont want to ask my company) can i call DOL ?
